At Compos Mentis Industries, you can send us inquiry of your desired product with your essential details and requirements. Our sale team representative gets back you soon with your required information.You can purchased in wholesale or buy from our ready stock.

What is minimum order quantity available?

Our minimums generally start at 100 to 200 items per style, and color-way.

Pricing Information

How do I get pricing?

Everything we do is on a quote by quote basis. Without seeing article picture or sample, it’s impossible for us to get a client any real numbers. Prices vary based on quantity, and many other factors. Clients are asked to send us mockups of what you’d like to make, as well as estimated quantities. After receiving this info we can start to work out the numbers. The more details provided the better. Obviously, at the lowest minimums (5) the prices are going to be much higher. There are price breaks for higher quantity orders. Please let us know if you would like quotes for different quantities. Our pricing is 100% inclusive and includes all setup fees. If you have experience importing internationally and would like to arrange your own shipping method please let us know AHEAD OF TIME so we can provide FOB pricing.

How long does production take?

We take 30 days as per MOQ. More days depend on the quantity of the order .

Payment Information

How much do I have to pay to get started?

Once you make the decision to go into production we require a 50% deposit to get started, and the remaining 50% upon delivery.

What is your payment method?

You can pay us via Bank transfer, Western union, Money Gram or Paypal.

Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

Our orders ship via our preferred DHL and carrier UPS. Although we will discuss with you the best solution for your order.

Returns Policy

What is your return policy?

Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

In the case of receiving a damaged item(s) or shipping back damages, please contact Customer Service prior to taking any actions.

Please include the packing list that came with your order in your return packaging or when you visit the store .

All claims for shortages and damages must be made within 72 hoursof receipt of merchandise.

Return requests for non custom items must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. 

Credit will always be issued to the same method of payment for which they were paid for.

Shipping is refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
